Missions at Trinity Baptist
Acts 1:8 “But you will receive power when the Holy Spirit has come upon you, and you will be my witnesses in Jerusalem and in all Judea and Samaria, and to the end of the earth.
Trinity Baptist follows and Acts 1:8 model for missions:
Jerusalem – where the primary focus is on reaching the community for Christ. Trinity has four important evangelistic events each year: An Easter Celebration, Operation In As Much, Vacation Bible School, and Fall Celebration. These events among other activities throughout the year give us the opportunity to engage the local community.
Samaria – where the focus is regional and national. Trinity financially supports Compassion International, BEE World, Gideons, and Cornerstone Baptist Mission. It is the goal of our young church to partner with other church starts in strategic areas of North America.
Ends of the Earth - where attention is given to global missions. Trinity gives annually to the Southern Baptist Convention. The SBC uses the contributions to educate and support foreign missionaries. Trinity is committed to praying and supporting these foreign missionaries.
